Doogie and I had the Salmon and Mahi Mahi Ceviche!
The Mahi Mahi was the best! Yummy!
They serve plantain with everything, I loved it, Matt didn't!
This next one though was quite a treat!
It wasn't bad at all, I actually was surprised by its taste!

This was my favorite moment when I got Matt to actually try it!
It took him a LONG time to actually get it in his mouth
and stop gagging before he put it in his mouth!
AND one second to swallow, he didn't even chew it!!!
Kudos!!! I am amazed I even got him to try it!
He doesn't like to try anything, he is very picky!
